Refund policy

Returns

30 days, unworn, tags on.

If something isn't right, you can send it back within 30 days of it being delivered for a full refund, as long as it comes back:

unworn and unwashed
with the tags still attached
in the condition it arrived in

Starting a return

Message us through the contact form within those 30 days. Include your order number and what you'd like to send back, and we'll reply with the return address and confirm it before you post anything.

Please wait for that reply before sending anything, because we can't track a return we didn't know was coming.

Postage

Return postage is yours to cover, and we'd use a tracked service, because we can only refund what actually reaches us.

The exception is anything that turns up faulty, misprinted, or damaged on the way to you. That one is ours. Send a photo through the contact form and we'll replace it or refund it in full, and you won't pay postage in either direction.

Refunds

Once the return reaches us we'll check it over and refund your original payment method within 10 business days. The refund covers what you paid for the piece. If you paid for shipping, that is refunded too when the item was faulty.

Exchanges

We don't run exchanges, and that is a choice rather than a restriction. Every piece in Collection 001 is made to order, so swapping a size means making a new one from scratch. Send the piece back for a refund and order the size you want; it will reach you sooner than waiting on a swap would.
